Has anyone tested the Ricoh R Development Kit with an Android device?
There's a number of projects to add UVC webcams to Android. I have not tested any

How is that possible? I thought the Linux kernel didn't support UVC 1.5? There's this message thread from the Linux-UVC-devel list that everyone was having problems with UVC 1.5 on Linux in 2016. Did someone figure it out?

I haven't been able to get it to work on android at all.

I'm using Ricoh R in HDMI streaming mode with a HDMI to USB capture card and it works well with that first library (UVCCamera)

DSub supports Android Auto as well as a whole host of other features which the stock Subsonic app does not

Why has it not been implanted. I read that it was in an earlier version 4 android and was later removed back in 2014. USB OTG has been around for ages... add it pleaseeee
